Choosing your officiant, minister, day of coordinator

At A Florida Wedding Ceremony it is your day, your way! 

Just as you are one of a kind, your ceremony needs to be one of a kind as well.  We offer a wide variety of ceremony choices and suggestions to suite your personality and beliefs.    

The most important conversation will be that of discussing your customized ceremony.   We will ask you if you prefer spiritual, non spiritual, religious, non religious, traditional, simply elegant, extremely unique or casual and relaxed. 

We will ask who will be attending your ceremony and how you would like to celebrate the ceremony with them.  This is important because we know you would like everyone to enjoy the ceremony with you.     We will also be asking you how many guests you are expecting and how many people will be standing up with you.  Other questions will regard you family, will you be having someone  bringing you to be married, will there be other parents that we will need to include, or not.   

Some people prefer a male officiant or a female officiant; based on availability we will honor your preference.  If we cannot, we will refer you to someone that may be able to assist you.     

At A Florida Wedding Ceremony your wedding officiant can be a number of things.   We not only perform your ceremony but assist with the many questions you may have regarding obtaining your marriage license, choosing your venue, decorating your site, permits, and other vendor referrals.   Some venues have an in house coordinator so a day of coordinator is not needed; some other venues do a wonderful job with the reception but to not take a large part in the coordination of your ceremony.   A Florida Wedding Ceremony does have day of coordinators to make your day far less stressful.  If you feel you need a wedding planner, we have many wonderful planners we work with and would be very happy to share their contact information.

Our goal is to have every ceremony be as meaningful, memorable and stress free as possible.

We are full time wedding officiants, ministers, and day of coordinators so our total focus is on you.  We do not do this as a part time pass time, which is a very important question to ask when choosing your officiant.  This is no time to “settle”, it is one of the most important times in your life.
